Custom, personalized, print-on-demand, and handmade items may take 3–7 business days to prepare before shipment. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after shipment: Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days (when available) Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Tracking Information Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system. Custom & Handmade Products Many of our products are handmade, custom-designed, or made to order. Because of this, processing times may vary. We appreciate your patience while we create your order with care. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages Pink Goose LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Incorrect Shipping Addresses Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order. Returns Due to Refused Delivery If an order is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or failed delivery attempt, shipping charges are non-refundable. International Shipping International shipping may be available for select products. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
